ignoring the police to stop following the kid isnt illegal.
we dont have to follow police orders. we all technically have the powers of citizens arrest at all times. even the use of force.
This has so many flaws in it.
If some weirdo was following you when you didn't pose a threat, then they started to grab you, what would you do?
If Zimmerman has the power of using force as a citizen; why didn't Trayvon?
I never said it was illegal to follow someone, but it's obvious that Trayvon didn't smash Zimmerman's head up against the concrete for just following him. He obviously said/did something to set him off.
Zimmerman thought TM was up to no good, decided to follow him, the police said to stop, he kept following him (How else would they have gotten close enough for him to get physical?), and then tried to arrest him. TM probably hit his head against the concrete and left, and Men's Wearhouse Spokesman shot him from afar.
You're assuming that TM did something to Zimmerman first simply because you think he's a street punk.
