Yeah, I was thinking at first that it might be a SSTV, but there's not enough for that, then I thought it sounded like morse. Has anyone tried decoding it?

No, what I'm saying is that, in 2010, he would've had the intent of using a copious amount of videos strung together to communicate some sort of message, and if this is true, he would've had to plan to make a Gangnam Style video two years later to "complete" his message, no?
