Who is the best modder?

       Well, I know blockland has some very great coders-- but who is the best overall? This competition tests Quality, Skill, and Creativity. Basically, you post here and say you want to get in. After we have enough competition, everyone who has applied will get a type of mod to create. Whoever gets in to the top percentage (judged by the community) will be able to go on to round two.
