It would be the most boring island ever. You have no room for buildings, a courthouse, or more than one house.
You'd end up living in side-by-side straw huts that wash away when the tide rolls in, lol.

I understand you're a kid, but this simply isn't realistic. No country will trade with a 2 acre island run by children.
By the way, putting in that much sand will cost millions. You're acting like it's easy work. Plus, you're less than 10% finished because you think that making a space program, a government, trading, buying/making land, and all of the other things are easy.

Also, why do you present yourself as a genius? The IQ tests you took were most likely crappy ones on the internet that give everyone genius scores.

Out of sheer curiosity I'm wondering where you'll actually get all of the resources to function as an independent nation if you did take off on this adventure in creating an entire country.
I mean you'd have to worry about food, materials for building housing unless you plan on living in the rain all the time, neither of which a massive pile of sand and dirt on top of a reef will be able to provide. Thus I am assuming that you would require a very large amount of money to purchase crops, which you would need a very large amount of space to farm, which would require a very large amount of money's worth of sand and soil. You would also have to think about where to get the resources for housing, as I have stated, and that would probably cost a fair bit of money, not to mention you would require the education, tools, and expertise to be able to create a building in which to live without the thing coming crashing down on top of you and killing you either instantly or leaving you stuck down there for a while unless somebody can lift [building material] off of you.
There are also probably a bunch of other issues politically but financially I doubt a minor would be able to found their own country, and as hilarious as it would be to see a thriving country started by a 12-13 year old, I highly doubt it'll happen.
