are you dumb
EULA doesn't stand in court
an EULA is a device you use to terminate someone's license to a product when violated, not to sue them with
Pretty much this.

GG, it's illegal. Badspot can actually prosecute slicksilver. Then again the chance of that happening is next to impossible.

no he can't, he can just deactivate his key

However, their licenses (keys) are terminated, which is the right to own the product, right?
So if they have no keys and have Blockland then couldn't they be sued for illegal posession?
Or maybe you can have the product legally without a key, but I thought a key was a license.

yeah but isnt there like a terms of service where if you do bad stuff (to put it simply) you can get it revoked?

Badspot reserves the right to revoke keys without any reason or notice.

The key is a license to access the full features of the game (including the lack of brick restriction in single player and multiplayer).

If you violate the End User License Agreement, your license is terminated, meaning you go back to demo mode. Until you purchase a new license, you are stuck in demo mode. If you were to somehow bypass this, yes, you would be accessing a service illegally. However, no crack exists for Blockland, and I'm fairly confident that no crack will ever exist.

The funny thing is that Dotdot posted on that forum of yours a method of cracking, however it only worked for singleplayer, but he evidently did use it.
Also the demo was changed a while ago, now it's not a brick limit, there's just no third-party content functionality, which also means users won't be able to load their own saves.

Yes, I realize this is somewhat diabolical.

I cant seem to believe that this topic isn't more active than it should be. We are talking, after all, about the possible endangerment of the entire integrity of Blockland with a working DSO compiler.

Noedit: I meant to say decompiler, but I guess I didnt notice I didnt until now. w/e..

Well actually, it's possible to make a dso compiler as well. Apparently they're just too lazy to.

Dotdot is wasting his time considering there's several offline keys that can be used to fully unlock Blockland single-player.

Good job OP.  Hardcore Double Agenting going on.

I know this is a huge bump I'm not a handicap I just have a question if you log into the website with user/badspot123 it says it was a hoax. Was it?
