you're only annoyed constantly because he asks you constantly, I just recently added him and he's begged me for stuff only once, and that's because  I told him no, and that I will trade something when I get something I was to trade.  It's not a big deal, unfriend him or tell him no.  and if no doesn't work, unfriend him.
