Plans for a long term orbiting space station open for peaceful use by all nations who care to go into space and contribute to upkeep are finalized.  The project will be expensive, so nations who want cheaper upkeep charges in future should invest now.  The AC will manage the space station (because it's my idea) in as fair and transparent a manner as possible.  Since this is being designed, produced, and upkept through the Tbilisi Pact Space Program, nations in it automatically get investors' rates on upkeep.  If no non-TPSP nations wish to invest, the TPSP will just keep all this for its own use which, as it will no longer be a truly international thing, may include military functions in future.

After a final going through of the calculations, work begins on construction.

5th Fleet arrives in Viertian Land, drops off new equipment and 1st Marines before leaving.

Recently, a Belsnian force of various units engaged agaisnt a slevokxian force of mainly infantry and aircraft. The Belsnians had an upper hand, but the Slevokxians held their positions well, forcing a minor withdrawal of Belsnian units.

Belsnian paratroopers have landed with the intent of taking out marine fortifications of Slevokxia. Results of the operation will be posted later.

The Slevokxia 1st "Wolf Pack" Marines took heavy casaulties during the Belsnian Paratrooper Raid.

Both sides lost a great deal of forces before Slevokxia managed to cut off Belsnian Paratroopers from high command;
Following that, the 1st "Wolf Pack" received reinforcements before retreating a few Kilometers.

Both the Belsnian Paratroopers and the 1st Wolf Pack are expected to be out of action until both have fully recovered.

The Commander of the 1st Wolf Pack is under fire for some of his deceptive tactics but is expected to maintain control of his forces.

After massed propaganda spreading by rebel forces, most of Charles D'Aily D'Albert's forces have deserted or changed sides. With almost all of his troops gone, Charles D'Aily D'Albert boards a plane straight out of Mexico to Irrklaandic Mexico. Having deserted his post, Charles D'Aily D'Albert is gone and the civil war is won.

Belsnian forces chaotically retreat to the nearest FOB. The objective was partially completed, but at what cost? Soldiers of the parachute regiment are given a 2 months leave.

Belsnian citizens begin to question Belsnia's involvement and sacrifice in Vierte.

After seeing Miko's photo in the AC National News, a group of elementary school children pool some cash and send some chocolate bars to the soldiers.  Slevokxia's opinion of the AC begins to become reciprocated within the citizenry of the AC.

The TPSP gratefully accepts Utah's offer to invest in the space station.

I got good therapists from my mental experiments.
I would be willing to send them to Belsnia to teach their doctors/people about our mental experiments.
