We're not sure, but it's highly unlikely. There has been a small terrorist cell named Abagivativa which has had strong anti-Government protests for a long time, but seeing as they were never a threat we couldn't neutralize them as part of the Constitution. Their real problem with the government is how they're not peaceful, which is why we settled and added the fact that we can't take any more land than we have into our Constitution.

The Iron Shadow is an international terrorist organization that has an unknown amount of resources.  They are capable of causing serious damage, and we know that their goal is to bring down any and all governments and any social structure with a vertical element.
