Erinaum proposes an amendment to Article I, to add an 8^th clause to the list.  It is as following:

Summary:	Amending Article I, adding an 8th Clause that reads as follows: "Members may remove a fellow member or members (only if the members in question occupy one-third or less of the entire PEMU body.) from a state of war, or may choose to not support them unless they withdraw.  The vote requires two-thirds or greater majority." A provided Section A reads: "The member or members in question are not permitted to vote in opposition in this process.  If they do choose to end their state of war, Article I, Clause 8 will take effect, and the state of war ended." A provided Section B reads: "If any member fails to withdraw their troops and end the standing state of war, they can be subject to suspension or termination without warning."
