Think of it this way, blazer.  If you lived in national socialist Germany and then the national socialists lose the area that you are living in to the communist Soviets, then the war suddenly stops and you still feel nationalism, would you really want to stay with he communists unless you were some moron commie anyway?  Given that the only differences here are location, time period, and the fact that Abdullahi is a heck of a lot less impressive than the Soviet Union, this is almost exactly what happened.

Plus, given that Yaslovakia was basically national socialist Germany, they hate/fear communism as much as Riddler or Blue Meanie, or Hirohito, or Franco did.  If I were Yaslovakia, I would leave nothing for the communists too.

You underestimate nationalism, forget that Yaslovakia will be undergoing some level of reform, underestimate the fear of communism, and underestimate the hatred people naturally have for unwanted invaders.  Either way, Decepticon said he'd have done it himself, and they're his citizens (sort of), so out they come from the occupied zone.

Frankly, fascism and communism share second place after mercantilism on my personal list of evil -isms.  Both systems would have me killed (taking into account actual fascist and communist activities), so it really wouldn't matter to me.  They're both evil.
