My graphics card burned out

So, a followup to my birthday topic, my graphics card just burnt out, no display will work on my second monitor, and it wasnt booting properly the first time so I'm dealing with a stuffty resolution. This monitor is supposed to be 1920x1080 and I'm at this
happy loving birthday. How can I fix this
when I go to the control panel

it says this, when I'm even connected through the graphics card

also had the computer on all night so I think it burned out
because a gtx 560 non ti is known to get hot

if u dont gotta the money from those cocaine deals u can get an hd 7770 for like 100 dolla.

get 2 of dem and u set if u got sli mobo
