That map is total bullstuff. Back in the Cold War or present the Soviet Union(or Russia) would not have laid down that many nuclear attacks. They also wouldn't have shot every eastern seaboard city. They would only target large Cities such as DC, New York, Alanta, Jacksonville, Orlando, and also would target strategic military bases. Not small places that are all over Florida and the rest of the United States.
