Does anyone else have a hard time writing?

Not the writing like as an activity, like, the actual pen moving across paper part

I had to write thank you cards for my 8th grade graduation (182 words exactly) and it was kind of difficult to write

I think its because of the dependence on keyboards and such, i also noticed that when i was writing these, i couldnt even make a straight line properly to write a T or an R...

thoughts?

then i take a 20-30 minute break and keep going.

my hand writing is so awful that no matter how hard I try, I cant read it. This goes with Cursive and Print

I really hope that my future teachers wont require any cursive because my class and I in 3rd grade didn't learn it because my teacher's husband died.

ive had horrible handwriting since day 1, so no not really. i just write stuff really quickly and it looks bad.

typewriters are pretty much the opposite of smooth

I have learned over the years that if you don't write fast/ignore hand cramps, you won't finish the 5 paragraph DBQ in the 40 minutes you are allotted.

However, if I write (Like right now) after not having to written for like a whole month, its usually a bit of (as I call it) " Chicken Scratch." However, if I want to write REALLY neat, I spend a long time hunched over the paper, pressing hard, and carefully crafting the letters. Like today I had to design a patch, my hand hurt so bad.

I disagree with that. If you clean up a typewriter and put some 3-In-One oil in it, they move like clockwork. It is magnificent to see old machinery like that move so nicely.
