reset all the things

how2?

sign out
uninstall
reset
delete

kill everything

then try again

It does synchronise my apps but google says still says I don't have any devices.
When ever I install some app from the play store on my phone it just adds it to my account but it keeps saying I don't own any devices.

sign out from play store on phone
sign in to play store on phone
install an app from play store on phone

report back if that didn't fix everything

it didn't fix anything

A new device may take anywhere from a few hours to a week to show on google play. IMPORTANT: disabling some core apps in apps manager can prevent your device from showing up on google play. I had this issue, I disabled some of the default apps on my phone and it would not show up on google play.

I've had this for a while now, but you're saying I need to install maps, hangouts and voice thing again? I don't even use them and they take up too much space

Yeah, Emo's right. If you've rooted your phone and used something to get rid of unremovable apps, it can forget up on Google Play.

I never rooted it or anything, just removed (deleted updates) from some apps that take up too muchh space

Right, that was the problem but now I only have 12 mb left so I have this stuffty warning that storage is getting low and I can't move anything to the SD card
