Author Topic: FPS issues on various games, with good specs  (Read 447 times)

So recently I've bought an very good laptop with somewhat good specs.

But the problem is that, I get wierd and low framerates on almost all the games I play, and it is still the same no matter what I do, like put the settings on low and so on...

SPECS;

Windows 7 64-bit

i5-3230M @ 2.60GHz

nVidia GT 635M

8GB RAM

Note that this is an laptop.

Any help or solutions with this?

There may be power options that cause it to not work at its full potential. Make a custom power option that has the highest performance and make it always on when plugged in.

What game, for example?

I will try this out.

What game, for example?

Terraria; FPS drops randomly pretty often

Borderlands 1; Choppy graphics and suttering

Chivalry: Medival Warfare; I can play it fine for like some seconds, and the FPS drop to about 30, and stays there.

Borderlands 1; Choppy graphics and suttering

Well Borderlands 1 is extremely badly optimized.
