I would like to point out I haven't broken a rule, thus not warranting a ban.

Yes, I could've done something less extreme than nuking Russia. Yes, I could've waited for Russia to get back.
But not doing any of these wasn't breaking a rule.

I understand your imminent russia being nuked panic, and before you say I did it for no reason, I had ample reason.
He got me kicked out of a country, for something that shouldn't have happened in the first place, and wasn't my fault.

You attacked Russia for no reason earlier in the day and he had to kill your friend, then you killed him, ran away, and then later nuked him. I understand you were not a nation, but the server is not about going around loving nuking everyone. I kicked you out for attacking Russia the first time.
Anyway I don't want you on my server anymore either do other people. You nuked a nation that took a long time to get what they had and you just destroyed it for no good reason. You didn't declare war, he wasn't on the server and because you got kicked out of my country is not a good reason to complete destroy another.

Actually no. I was trying to get my friend off of Russia, knowing Russia wouldn't like it, but he ran into the reactor room. I told Russia about it, and he came and attempted to murder us both, succeeding in killing my friend. I threw a shrapnel in an attempt to get cover whilst I ran away, and he chased me and attacked me. I killed him in self defense, returned his items, and left.

Anyway I don't want you on my server anymore either do other people. I would like these people to post here. Not trying to be an ass about it, but still. You nuked a nation that took a long time to get what they had and you just destroyed it for no good reason. Read above. You didn't declare war, Read the earlier post. he wasn't on the server One, because it would be too hard to do whilst he was on, two, he would notice what I had stolen and hunt me down.and because you got kicked out of my country is not a good reason to complete destroy another. I find that it is. I had also put hard work into helping that country, and was suddenly kicked out of it for something that was a blown out of proportion misunderstanding that turned into bloodshed. Also, that wasn't the only reason. One does not simply run up to people who are trying to leave upon being told, and stab them. Then attempt murder.

I was also somewhat spiteful from being kicked out. And if anything, you didn't handle the situation well.

You took no time to investigate. It took you half of a second to make a rash decision that led to the events that it did.
Later, when I had done the missile launch, whilst standing over the aftermath, you took no time to investigate and quickly pulled a ban.

I understand this is your server, but you could at least take time to listen to your players and investigate trouble when it arises, rather than getting high on power and pulling out a quick ban.

Alright, seeing as how he's not too happy with anything, I'd like to say this, then be off.

Everybody made bad, on-the-spot decisions, and no one was correct or wrong.
Russia could've not attacked people who are already leaving.
I could've not nuked Russia.
Moby could've investigated further and made less of a harsh punishment.

Like I said, nobody's fault, but nobody's in the clear either.
