I like history, it's a shame though that I spent most of it studying conflicts and military technology.
There's plenty of places for that.
You'd be surprised at the amount of Military History books and museums there are out there.
The human race has been warring forever. There's as much Military History as there is history of any other kind.
And studying conflicts, particularly those which are less-recorded, is an impressive skill, especially if you're the sort who goes out to old battlefields and studies the land and archaeology.
join the marines and then become a cop. would probably work in a larger city and not just some small town where i bust the occasional kid for pot or something.
I take it you're into Policing for the Adrenaline Rush?
That's quite common for police officers.
Even if you're not in a location that has more adrenaline pumping crimes, like a city, you'll still be surprised by the things you come across.
And even if it's not all that exciting, generally pay is pretty good wherever.
If you're really interested in becoming a Police Officer then go for it no matter what.
