Dedicated server enabling almost all addons

Yes, My Dedi is enabling almost every one of my addons.
Not sure why, When I start a server with my client, is has completely different addons, the ones that I want to use.
Is it possible to copy the client addon list to the server one? and where is it? I can't find it.

I think this is how it is done:
Go to config > server > Add_On_List.cs
Open it up with notepad or a similar text editor
Change the number after the addons you want to 1
Change the number after the add-ons you don't want to -1.
