S.W.A.T Team 4 (BL_ID 42536)

I don't know why nobody made this yet, but if you did, I'm remaking it.
So, this guy named "SWAT Team 4" He's one of my friends, but NOT ANYMORE.
Today he came into a argument on how he has ADHD and crap like that. I go on to say that he's been banning other players, and those players banned aren't breaking any specific rules. (Sorry Setro that I banned you, your unbanned)
I checked his ban list, and he has around 5-7 people forever banned with reasons like
"The power of christ compells you"
and
"I should have done this long ago."
This is about the fifth drama post I did, but anyway:
On earlier servers I played on with him (Put this in your mind: I was admin on the server) he banned multiple people who broke the rules as well as a friend of mine. Just to point this out that I'm the only admin on the server, and everyone else are Super Admins, he won't upgrade me because "Your aren't worthy enough" or something.
Please, PLEASE someone tell me why he's acting up lately.

I used to be admin on his server, Until one of his douchey admins decided it was a great idea to start pissing me off. So me and him lost admin.
Then, I was talking to one of the bronies who had joined the server, And Swat decided to waltz in and ban him permanently. So I couldn't do anything because I didn't have admin and he won't let me have it back.
He's like King Neptune from Spongebob. He's majorly strict and doesn't like anything.

S.W.A.T Team 4 has a history of being an issue.

I was on SWAT Team 4's fortwars.
I was going to make a turret bot.
I asked the host "can we spawn bots".
No reply.
So, I spawn a shark, and he says "NO BOTS".
So I delete it, and tell him it was only going to be a turret bot.
He bans me for 60+ minutes for "Go suck some rooster somewhere else".

The interesting thing is that not only is he HCEU Adrian Shepard (who got in a bunch of trouble for spamming RTB chat), one of his past names is "A typical bad admin".

I had "Finn (CT)" as one of my old names
and he decided to rip it off by doing the opposite:
