I beive he was trying to spell psychology.
Oh well that makes it even worse  :cookieMonster:

Zimmerman's case had bullstuff written all over it, the entire night of Treyvon's death was stupid and I blame Zimmerman 100%.

Zimmerman should not have been in Treyvon's business, sure he probably did look suspicious, but does it make it right to just chase him down.

As I loving said earlier;

If someone's following you, you don't have the right to jump on top of them and beat the living stuff out of them. The legally conscious and smart thing to do would be to call the police (he had his cellphone on him) and say "this creepy dude is following me."

Following someone is not illegal. Stalking is an entirely different crime based on obsession. You can't just attack someone because they're following you. It's illegal. It's called assault, and in this case maybe even attempted murder. Since Treyvon's attack was legally unwarranted, Zimmerman was acting in self defense. It's not even something you can have an opinion on. Unless Zimmerman actually attacked Martin first, shooting him is self defense. Race, prejudice, profiling, and racism are entirely irrelevant.

The thing is that there's not really accurate information as to who attacked or threatened to attack the other first.

Half the people in this thread sound like they're supporting zimmerman for shooting a teenager lol

Assault is where a threat is made, example "I'll kill you!". Battery is where physical contact is made. You can be charged separately for either or for both. Assault and Battery is where a threat followed by the attack.

Now there is a separate crime called mutual combat where both parties are willing to fight which some pacifists love to turn self-defense cases into.

they have to back that up though, it's not anything like 'here are the bruises', they have to proove that with tissue, finger prints and stuff, that's literally not right at all.

but that's not relevant because zimmerman is a guitly forgeter.
this guy is smarter than the jury who spend weeks in court then 15 + hours go over the evidence and trial.

lol

Because they are

Zim it on

Zimmerman doesn't really need publicity for that, considering the fact that most people don't get publicity for being a hero.

lol at everyone who replied to me

Aside from the fact that you ignored 99.98% of my argument and attacked one of my words which wasn't even anywhere near the point of my post, assault is a threat coupled by the the obvious ability to do it. Again, it's not relevant to my argument, but you're still wrong about what assault is.

I've yet to see anyone make the argument that Zimmerman actually attacked Treyvon prior to the fight that resulted in Martin's death.

People also don't usually get publicity for killing but Zimmermans case was plastered everywhere.

technically they both committed a crime
zimmerman however wasnt convicted because the crimes he was charged with werent legitimate.

in any other case the prosecution woulda had about 45 charges listed so he would've had jail time even if the first 44 didnt stick.

zim zim zimmy zim zimmer zim zim zimmerman zim sim

okay im done here
