Random 1 second fps lag spikes in fraps?

A while ago I was able to record with fraps fine at 60 fps, now it just sometimes lagspikes every other 2 seconds or so for about a second, a drop in about 30 fps.
It didn't do this before, what is the problem?

I usually record blockland and other games.
I record to my normal hdd, the one in my computer.
