I also used to be terrified of harvestmen arachnids, or what they call "daddy longlegs" around here, that lived in the forest. I was fine with really small ones that lived in the apartment we used to live in,  but I hated those huge ones in the woods.
Lucky for me, after spending a week with them every year for the last 5 years I got used to their company.

Everyone does, unless you trained yourself not to. It's not a special or unknown trait, it's built in your body for your own safety.

I looked it up too and saw a picture of an eye with this hole like "infection".
I can't stop opening up my eyes :c

You can tell it's photoshopped because it has the same pods as the plant :P
