If I was a gentle, motionless sleeper, yes (although not preferred). However, as I'm not, I'd probably end up getting bitten while asleep.

Frostbite spiders are near harmless and cause no adverse effects such as massive skin and muscle deterioration.
I could definitely take on a frostbite spider.

Also frostbite poison wears off unlike brown recluse and black widows.
My backyard has black widows every once in a while, not scared of them.
