Proposed New Rule - /Support bans

I know multiple people who are pissed off at this as I am, it's just loving annoying, you're not adding anything to the topic, I'll just add some quotes in.

I think the reason why is because people who blindly agree with the topic they're "/support"ing often don't have anything intelligent to say in the first place.

A post with nothing but "/support" in it shouldn't be allowed on these forums. It's annoying, and is as dismissive as saying "k"

See anything wrong here? Dre isn't contributing anything. It's quite annoying and a little handicapped. It's not doing anything but showing you like/read the op and know what the op wants.

You're not contributing anything and it's ridiculous, almost all drama's have had a /support in them even this one.
I'm going to go ahead and report all /support posts in this topic because you're just doing it to get a rise out of me/everyone, it's blatantly obvious you're trolling and you're just going to be banned.

It really depends how you say the "/support", if it's just supporting an idea in suggestions, then sure, but saying "/support" for a like drama, or something off-topic and doing nothing good, then there's no point.

but making a rule against it is stupid as stuff, it just means they support the thread/post, yeah it's annoying, but there's nothing seriously wrong with it.

If you think that most people who go "/Support" are trolls looking to piss people off, why the forget do you outright tell them that it annoys you? Trolls try to find the "weak point", the thing that gets people pissed off in their victims and abuse the stuff out of it to make them mad. That is what trolls do. If you don't want them to annoy you, don't let them know that they annoy you. Just let them have their cheap laughs, wait until they get bored or just leave. Simple as that.

"/Support" Isn't even that much of an annoyance or a "handicapped phrase" as you put it. Its just a quick word used for one to inform that they support a certain side of the argument/statement. If you're the OP, you should take that as positive feedback because you nailed the point so well that no one has anything special to mention except letting you know that they're on your side if someone disagrees with your argument/statement.

/support is the action of saying you support the original post.
/support is the use of being lazy and either you don't want to write a whole sentence of why you support the topic, And or you're just too tired to type it.
/nosupport is the action of saying you do not support the original post.

Here, I clarified it. I want a rule where every time someone posts a topic saying they don't like /support, They will get banned for a week. And it adds on the more you do so.

If it did become a rule, people would be banned left and right for this silly stuff.

Just ignore them and instead of COMPLAINING about it, actually make a good post relevant to the drama topic instead of derailing it with useless post such as "stop /support now"

i dont think we should start banning people who are to lazy to write out a longer reply. maybe instead we should havea + or - button. or some thumbs up/down for a topic like how we do on youtube.

bans are for people who are just being richards. just agreeing with a topic shouldnt mean you deserve a ban lol

It seems that way of forcing it but would you prefer a /support or a fully worded post explaining why you agree, look at the first quote
