Profile picture wont change.

I downloaded a new Gif picture, But wouldn't show up on my profile page. Could anyone tell me the solution to this?

the picture has updated, the problem is that your browser's cache has not updated yet, so you will either need to wait a little while to update it or refresh your cache, for it to show up, depending on your browser google how to refresh your cache

Pretty much the same thing happens to me, but when i click change profile after selecting the image, it doesnt show up and just says "No file chosen". I've even tried refreshing cache and that didnt work :L

It must be 75x75 maximum.
