I strongly disagree with what you posted about Chrome. Chrome owns almost 50% of the Market Share of browsers, is open source, and updates fairly frequently. Any serious exploits that would make it worthy of being placed on a "Botnet Tier" would be patched within a matter of hours of being discovered. Not to mention, zero-days are extremely difficult to find in browsers anymore. Putting a browser that's used by almost 50% of the internet on a tier that implies that is unsafe to use is ludicrous.
Also, to discredit the poster further, it claims that Opera has less than 0.01% of the market share, and that Safari is for people that are too dumb to replace it. In reality,
Opera has more users than Safari at 5.45%. The poster is opinion.
