Yeah, keep in mind that you are probably not the only one having problems, and therefore will not be first to be catered to.
Also, sending rage mail won't do anything. It will make him not help you.

Noedit: Also, how long did you wait before sending that rage email? Badspot gets an enormous amount of email, and it takes him a while to sort through it all sometimes.

He's right. There is a key recovery utility available on the main site (https://blockland.us/keyRecovery.php). I could list all of the reasons he can't just give it to you but it doesn't appear that you can comprehend reason. Your email is your responsibility. If you can't remember your login, it's not Badspots responsibility to take care of it for you.
