XSplit keeps asking you to buy it when you open it, and makes you wait 10 seconds before doing anything else.
Open Broadcaster doesn't.

Oh, well yeah that stuff is annoying, but after the wait, the program seems very stable, at least to me. Sorry for a bad suggestion though.
