Instant Brick Selection / Buying

This is a simple script I wrote last night while working tediously on a large build.   By pressing your right mouse button while wielding your brick planter tool it will allow you to either buy the brick you're looking at to your currently selected inventory slot or simply just select it.   To make things more user-friendly I've added a slash command that will toggle whether or not you can instantly select bricks (it's set to be disabled by default) along with a slash command to change your selection mode which by default, will only select bricks, and not buy them.

The slash commands are:

• /toggleInstantSelection
• /changeSelectMode

Let me know if you find any bugs and I'll try to iron them out as soon as I can ;s

yeah it's a good idea but i can see myself trying to jet while building and then having to toggle the selection whenever i have to use the jets. it would be better with a keybind imo

so this is basically like the /getbrick mod except that now you can buy the bricks, using a simpler selection system instead of  having to stop and face the brick and type in /getbrick

yeah it's a good idea but i can see myself trying to jet while building and then having to toggle the selection whenever i have to use the jets. it would be better with a keybind imo

use autojet

turn on autojet and just move? it autojets for you. Works for crouching as well, IIRC.

using the middle button actually seems like a good idea, if it can be done in blockland

1. Middle click instead
2. Let us bind a key to it, or simply make the slash command shorter. IE: "/ibs"
