Not trying to sound like an ass, but I think if you just blocked him in the first place the problem would have been solved without much issue.

Just as an FYI, anyone who has been on your server recently (or has bricks on your server) shows up in the Admin Menu > Clear Bricks menu. You can actually ban them from that menu later.

This is literally what happens if you let players that are too new play Mini empires.
