To some extent it's common sense. Trolling would be bannable (and the worst forum trolling tends to get banned) but the best proof of trolling is admittance.

Please just use the reply button next time. And trolling is an offence in most online communities. Your ban will cleanse our e-genepool just a little bit more.

Read the first sentence of the OP. It says you were camping the finish to delay the round, and I was on the server later on and still saw you doing it.

That wasn't me trolling, and I wasn't trying to delay the round. I was standing beside the winning plate so when C++ entered the game (as he was still loading and almost done) he could see that I had won.

Why the hell would you just delay an entire round just to show a friend of yours that you won a game? Seems quite selfish in my opinion.
