Is there any other way to strengthen my arms Instead of push-ups?

push ups are only barely for your arms....

there is no other way

i actually find pull ups easier than push ups
i'd always lift some weights daily and then go on to bigger ones as you do it more

also im pretty sure swimming works out like a ton of muscles so ye
dont know if biceps would be included but yeah

If you're used to cardiovascular workouts, you'll find them moderate. If not, find some alternatives.
