forgetin' anyone who's actually doing anything is probably on the other side of the world speaking whatever ching chong ying pong wow language or some stuff.

Always during the summer, my sleep pattern manages to get flipped backwards, inside-out and upside-down until nothing intelligible remains.

Discuss forgeted up sleeping I guess.

Sleep at 1, wake up at 10
Not as bad as last year, I stayed up till 3 almost every night.
Also Choi is in Japan speaking the kawaii~ so you could talk with him

i've been going to sleep at around midnight and getting up at 9 or so
i need to get more sleep but always right before i go to bed i forget all the problems with staying up late

sleep schedules don't get fixed by being on the computer at 2am you know :cookieMonster:

That could be a lot worse. Sometimes I go to sleep at 4am and wake up at like 3pm. :(
Completely my fault though, I need to learn to wake up more. :D

That's not healthy.

Sleep cycle reversed means more like you go to sleep at 10 AM and wake up at 6 PM
Which sounds kinda nice to me

But yeah as long as you're getting 8 hours it isn't terrible
Heck I'm ok with 6 hours if it's consistent

8 Hours of sleep is recommended

Not healthy to go to sleep at 12PM.

stuff I thought he meant at 12AM lol.

solution: sleep like a normal human being

really? were you prescribed by a doctor that it is not physically possible for you to sleep when its dark out? or do you just not actually do anything important so your sleep schedule changes?

I just don't get tired around midnight, and I just say "forget it" and end up staying up until 5 am, then 6 the next day, then 7, 8, all the way up to noon, and my "natural bedtime" seems to get stuck there for some reason.

* Kingdaro shrugs.

I use to have the worlds most forgeted up sleeping pattern where I wouldn't sleep for 2-3 days, And then I'd sleep for 8 hours.
Now I go to bed at 6 PM and wake up at 4-6 AM
