Why wasn't Judge just banned? -- And where's my report button?

I made the exact same topic a couple months ago and was banned for a week. So, what's going on?

except no matter your crime in this 'world', either if you steal a pack of gum, or murder a dude, its still the same outcome, you get banned. Simple, easy. I dont think you can use that type of argument where the punishment is always the same
