You can wait until the very last second to name a game if you are actually going to make it. Don't waste time trying to come up with a name. Just work on your game and by the time you have it done you'll probably know what to call it. You're just stalling while trying to fool yourself that you're actually making a game. Just get to work before you lose interest in the project.
