A member of a group of conspiracy theorists who foresaw the impending war and were prepared for it from the start. The other three members of Liam's group had left him for dead when he had failed to arrive at their previous rendezvous point, but he is confident that he can make it on his own against whatever he may find. Proficient with most firearms and self taught in hand-to-hand combat and basic first aid, he has a somewhat manipulative personality, valuing others less because they are people and more because they could offer benefits to him.
