Author Topic: what are your phobias/fears  (Read 3555 times)

Thalassophobia, which causes me to have panic attacks or onset anxiety when I'm near large bodies of water, usually an ocean.

It's really bad
Oh god I hate the ocean. Idc about pools. I love swimming. Just not at a beach.

that trypophobia stuff
almost everyone has it tho
I throw up when I see an ant hill or anything with a lot of holes on it.

Also, fungi and mosses. When I see them, I picture myself being covered all over by them.

Heights.
I have no clue what happened, I used to rock climb. Remember that rock climbing post I made?
I wasn't really afraid of heights then, but now for some reason, I am.

Soggy Bread

you guys have some weird phobias

and about that Thallasaphobia stuff, I'm not scared of the water unless I am under it. If I am above it (Like on a boat) it's fine.

Oh, forgot this one. I have a fear of loud, startling noises. Like a train horn or semi truck air horn.

As in, you are legitimately scared by them or they just make you jump?

Sort of both. More of jumping and being disturbed.

my biggest fear is being trapped in my mind until death

ie I get into a vehicular accident and all of my limbs are crippled so I can't walk or move, and it also damages my face or something so I can't talk
and my family doesn't want me to be euthanized and they can't understand my opinion on the topic so I'm just left to myself

my worst fear would have to be
becoming paralyzed
becoming blind
becoming deaf

i don't think i could live with myself i didn't have any of my senses.

probably getting in trouble with the law
