I noticed something: If he was really lagging out, he wouldn't be able to chat, but I managed to see Professor "lagging out" and being able to chat. That probably means he's using the hack because the hack only affects movement packets I think.

You are correct as far as I can tell. He should not be able to talk while lagging himself. Prolly is using floathack, though it's possible someone besides Mix gave it to him.
