When BL gets greenlit, what do you think the forums will be like?

You guys are acting like we are going to become huge once we get on steam. Steam isnt going to send a stuffton of people here its just another way to buy the game.  I doubt we are going to get much bigger unless blockland gets a Lets Play from someone famous and there may be a couple of boosts of players every once in a while from summer sales.

There is definitely some fame lent to a greenlit title simply for coming through the greenlight process. However you're absolutely right.

i could see the user count doubling within 1 year of being greenlit.

besides obvious promoting the game would receive, there is a HELL of a lot more word of mouth in the steam community then how we have previously been spreading this game around.

It won't immediately get a lot more people, but over time I'm sure we'll get a lot more people than we ever would get without Steam.

honestly, it's hard for me not to agree with a lot of this.
This is the best online community I've ever been a part of, but at the same time Drama is allowed to be focused on way too much. I don't think there should be a Drama section, the only thing it really seems to do is give people another place to argue and get banned. But by now it's pretty much too late to get rid of it
