What considers someone a "famous blocklander"?

When I join servers people go "Brotatoe! :D" and stuff like that because of the games i've hosted in the past.

Not saying i'm exactly famous, just noticed.

Undoubtedly, but i've seen new players appreciate the game more than people who played in v7.
I wouldn't bag on newer players, or loathe them so much.

But I do understand the frustration, one of the things that keeps me from being on other people's server is fear of not being able to kick the handicaps. Which is why I play primarily on single player or on my own server (When I had one).

If a lot of people know them, and can remember their name, they're well known and probably "famous".

On this thread of famous we have Conan, Pass, and Bisjac.

2. coding and releasing your addons.
3. making videos.
4. being a really old member who is just generally known for how long they've been in the community
5. making a giant weapon pack
6. making a famous server
7. being a dipstuff on the forums
8. having an icon on rtb
9. making a popular addon
10. modeling stuff and releasing the models in some form of addon (bricks, weapons, etc)
11. owning a popular clan
12. being badspot
13. being a known troll (fungsumungous, furdle, etc)

theres no such thing as famous on the forums, it's a small community and everyone pretty much knows eachother, for in-game, i'd say famous servers.

Half the time, when i join a bl server at least 1 person knows who I am.
I would say someome who has contributed a lot towards the community.

well none of you build. its fun to race and shoot each other. but at the end of the day blockland is a hardcore lego tool.
and most of you dont even try anymore. thanks to mods. the more new mods we get everyday, the more excuse you all have to never build.

there is no irony that highest populated servers, and highest brick count servers often are polar opposites lol. its sad.

i agree. building in blockland has probably become to least active element of the game. like, the gallery is becoming littered with more [VIDEO] topics than actual quality builds.
and the topics that arent videos are often "look at my cool events i did!!!!!" or even just an addon they're showing off, not even a build. its depressing to be honest.
most people you can find that are good builders are often locked away in their development servers not letting anyone know they are a good builder.
