Begins in the first week of September. It is hard for real people like me who overachieve all the time and do extra work for no reason to sit next to idiots (I call them baboons) who would prefer to not do well.


I can't wait till 9th grade because then things get serious and I can take the computer programming class. I am very good in C++ and Java now as well as a bunch of other languages and platforms like ASP.NET so I can totally get very good grades in it.

Yeah...no.

The reason I say that is that your classmates will remain the same people. Going to high school won't make them into a productive young adult overnight. Don't work yourself too hard. (Of course, challenge yourself, but don't do work for other people. If they don't do it, let them pay the consequences.)

I don't want to. I should've rephrased that.

As a person from an Asian family, and considering the competition in this region, 8th grade is when we get serious about school to get into a good college.
The district has a 9.5 out of 10 rating. The competition can be tough.

I'm a clean cut guy who has gotten all A's (no A-'s) since my education began. I'd never do work for others.

If they say to make an essay or report, I make it 9 or 10 pages with zero grammar / spelling mistakes instead of just one or two, for example.
