Except I don't want the stress of trying to press a legal case against somebody when i've got other things i need to do
Other people will take the case for you. All you have to do is report it.

i got a 99th percentile on my asfvap and im going into nuclear engineering. ^^
Hey-o, you tied Atlas and I. You looking at MIT?

no im just going to enlist in the navy. if youre a nuclear engineer there's a $60,000 signing bonus, plus you get a free trade degree in nuclear engineering and you graduate nuke school as an E-5. most poeple get all the way to E-6 by the end of their 6-year enlistment and then if you re-enlist for 4 more years, there's a $150,000 signing bonus and a guaranteed promotion.

so like, at the end of 10 years if i stay in, i'll have made almost 3 quarters of a million dollars and i'll have a degree and a stuffload of job experience. i could go into a civilian job as a nuclear engineer, which is an extremely fast-growing job sector and most of them start at 6 digit salaries. or i could go back into the military as an officer and i'd start at O-3.

i'm really excited lol

sonic is a corporation with like a million billion dollars and just as many lawyers on retainer. any lawsuit against a sonic store is handled by the sonic corporation.

Atlas wanted to be a nuclear physicist originally. He had it all planned out to work on-campus with their nuclear generator to pay his way through. Then his parents never spoke to him again.

Now we're both looking at a biomed engineering.

Do you actually enjoy the field you're going into?
Or is just for the money?

Also, just report it to the DOL.
It doesn't matter if you think the case won't work. If that business gets enough complaints, something will happen.

Don't be lazy marine.

This is what happens when you don't think before you post and go too fast.

our general manager stopped ordering latex gloves to save money (which is a DHEC voilation) and today one of the assistant managers told me to take out the trash

1. trash is not my job
2. i'd never even touch those trash cans outside without latex gloves, which we had none of
3. managers cant make you do something you arent responsible for

i told the assistant manager no i wasnt going to do the trash and she fired me for it lol

i mean i've done the trash before to make the cooks' jobs easier, but like the store buys the cheapest trash bags possible so they always have holes in them, and there's always something leaking out and running all over the bag. like loving day-old milk or food that's been dissolving in soda all day

Pretty sure you can take legal actions against it.

latex gloves always creeped me out when i see people who work with food wearing them.
its like an illusion of cleanliness.

i mean yeah im not eating food that touched that guys hand. but he touched many many many surfaces with those gloves before he touched my food. and i know hes not changing the gloves every 15 minutes or anything.

at least with bare hands, it would be more likely a worker would wash them often. its easier and quicker then changing gloves to.
