Question about Microsoft Office

Title ^. I have Microsoft Home and Student for my Laptop, if i get a new pc can I just re-use the code on the new pc to download all the programs again?

what version of office? cuz the only supported one right now is the cloud one. but that works for like 3 comps i think.
