I shave the tops of my feet up to my ankles because it reminds me of a hobbit to have hair there.

Trim armpit hair with electric razor because it makes me sweat less/smell better

Trim chest/belly hair so it's not too long, but not as long as it used to be.

shave pubic area/crack every week/week and a half because that way my pubic area will always have little or no hair, and wiping my ass takes seconds with no hair

Sometimes shorten hair on upper inner thighs to make it look better

and of course, shave face when I feel like it.

I pretty much always wear a shirt with short or long sleeves, unless I'm swimming.

If you don't have armpit hair, it's pretty easy to hide it away if you're embarassed. Which you shouldn't be.

My point was less about someone having all those characteristics, but more so that arm-pit hair is hardly the most obvious sign that someone has gone through puberty.

I don't know about you, but I'm usually able to distinguish between pre-pubescent boys and teens/men without looking at their pits.

It's cleaner and is helpful in certain sports.


And really, if you were to want to shave your armpits, you're not going to be bullied for it.
Friends would only take the mickey to the same extent that friends pretty much always make fun of someone who has a new haircut.
Shaving your armpits isn't that weird. Uncommon, true. But there are weirder things that people do with their bodies.

I mean I see no benefits (I've never tried though) from shaving my armpits in any sports I've ever done. I know they do in swimming because that is beneficial.
