My friend deadmau5 has this SQLight error almost 90% of the time he joins a server.

Tell him to delete his cache.db file.

It seems to be working for me... When this happens, I just type my authentication key back in, exit BL, and restart it and it works.

You can also re-enter your name and it will do the auth check again.
