its pretty good but the exterior should have some sort of other details because it seems repetitive. i know its a city building which usually have the same design all around, but you dont have to go exactly how apartment buildings are. add some of your own pzazz into it.
the floor design of the lobby looks weird and something else should be done with the celing. the lobby also feels too low but that may just be the pictures.
the height billboard looks out of place and no one in the right mind would advertise anything on that billboard considering if the building was on the street, no one would be able to read it from the streets below. the roof could also have some more detail to it, any apartment building this size would realistically have lot more vents or AC units on the roof, at least 25 i'd say.
the overall interior of the lobby is nice but the colorscheme seems odd. the interior also feels 'messy' (idk if thats what you were aiming for or not)
also, i dont know if you can call these apartments since all it is is the lobby and no other floors or rooms. you should add at least some apartments. a lot of the inside space isnt used, in which it totally should be used. this building would be great for a collab city but as a single building it seems to lack in detail, or further additions. the interior wall is probably the ugliest thing in this entire build, in my opinion. the elevator doors are pretty bad too.
some things i like are how you outlined the exterior in a grey box, and used default windows. im a sucker for default windows. i love the vending machine and the potted plants in the lobby, and most of the interior in the lobby other than the desk, it feels like it was badly made. i also like the rays of light coming down from the lights.
its funny how earlier today in zealot's server, wehrmacht called you a 'to be member' of height, so it seems regardless of what other members of the clan think of this app, you're gonna get in because its wehrmact's decision.
overall, i'd give the build a 6/10. okay by my ratings. it does fit the style of height's buildings, but i would say no to the app, because it isnt of that high quality.
