Printer help.

I have a HP Deskjet 3050, and just bought a new tri-ink cartage. When I try to print something I keep getting one of the two error's: "Incompatable ink-cartage", or "Tri-ink cartage not detected". I have no idea how to fix a printer, or whats wrong any help?

Have you double checked that the cartridge's documentation and made sure it's compatible with that printer?

It is compatible its the same one I buy and use every time.

Edit: Should have seen that coming. I thought it was an actual fixing video(I posted before clicking the video).
