i have to admit, the last time i went on my Yahoo account was a good 3 years or more

stuff can happen in three years

thing is though, i joined a couple of places, including the forums, under my yahoo. im afraid those might also be taken sooner or later

or they might of reset the password just to be a douchebag

forget it, im going to gmail. ill still keep in touch with my yahoo email since whoever got into it didn't do too much damage
