From what I know, there's no way to transfer a key recovery email, so if you can't access the email account, you can't get the recovery email, so somehow, your going to have to get the email address back? How'd the email get deleted anyways, since almost no one deletes their email address voluntarily. If the deletion was recent, you still have a chance of recovery especially if you paid your email provider somehow for their service(s).
