you could've used windows 8, it's not that bad, asides from the fact it's closed, like the mac Os.
And besides, you could've waited for Windows 8.1, which will have the start button.

I use WIN7 Myself, But you could've just upgraded to WIN-8, unless you are paranoid about games not working.

It crashes. And sometimes it won't work on WIN7.

Anyways though, Enjoy WIN7. it's the best thing mircosoft made, and from the looks of it? It might be the LAST good thing they made.

First Windows 8 is just as open as the other ones.
Second all your apps that work on Windows 7 works on Windows 8. Its just Win 7 with a new UI and Store and few improvements to the core.
